Marilee is a multi-company founder and has worked in finance across numerous sectors and conducted due diligence, AML/KYC, and international crimes investigations for two of the US's largest banks. She is a licensed private investigator where she is the director for Crockett Investigations, which specializes in investment KYC/AML and enhanced due diligence for Startups, General Partners, and Limited Partners. She has worked on thousands of Regulation D 506(b) deals with Strategic Partners, General Partners, HNWIs and UHNWIs. She was the President of Crockett Energy Consulting in Dallas, TX, which was a part of the team that created the Environment Education Center in Plano, TX. Marilee holds two degrees from BYU, Provo.
